Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
Brad Dudding is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Chief Operating Officer of Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), where he oversees finance, IT, learning and performance measurement, and human capital operations and works closely with the Executive Director on management strategy and operational design.
Prior to joining CEO, Dudding worked at the NYC Office of Management and Budget and as a Municipal Financial Analyst at the New York State Controller’s Office.
Dudding was educated at Macalester College, received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from Rutgers.
