Biography
Learning and Organizational Change
I co-founded Inflection Point Leadership (with Kristy Braden) to establish sustainable conditions for organizations and their people to thrive today and shape tomorrow. We're partnering with organizations that:
- Are investing in talent as a strategic business priority (HR-supported but not HR-driven);
- Reject business-as-usual and are proactively leading changes that will propel long-term growth, deliver exceptional value, and enable a joyous employee experience;
- Commit to ensuring their espoused Values are evident in their strategic priorities, decisions, and actions; and
- Value a trusted partner whose advice and services are practical, agile, and targeted to the shifts that matter most.
In my 25+ years as an Organization & Talent consultant, HR executive and business line leader, I've learned that every company (and every individual within that company) experiences multiple inflection points where incremental change is no longer enough. We help organizations and their leaders:
- Envision and clarify what's next;
- Mobilize the stakeholder connections needed to thrive together;
- Align and reinforce the cultural norms that enable unified change, and
- Grow the people capabilities critical for sustained success.
Inflection Point Leadership, Inc. specializes in:
- Organization Strategic Alignment
- Talent Strategy & Program/Process Integration
- Leadership Effectiveness & Development
- Change Agility
