Brian Koeller

Brian Koeller is a Lecturer at Bentley University. Brian Koeller is also Senior Managing Partner for Bourglay Consulting. Bourglay has been established to provide advisory services for financial institutions and energy companies. Mr. Koeller is also a partner in Proxima, LLC, whose affiliate, Earth, Energy & Environment, LLC, owns, constructs and operates large scale energy projects in North America.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Koeller was Chief Investment Officer for Rosc Global Investments, LLC, managing Rosc's activities in the emerging markets with a specific emphasis on real assets. Prior to Rosc, he was a Managing Director at Pearl Street Capital Group where he established the firm's financial institutions group, providing regulatory capital solutions for global financial services companies. During the past fourteen years, Mr. Koeller has provided leadership to private companies by leveraging his 20 years of experience at State Street Corporation where he was a key member of the management team, serving the company in its Strategy Development Office, Global Treasury Office and in its investment banking arm, State Street Global Markets, LLC.

While a Senior Vice President at State Street Global Markets, LLC ("SSGM"), Mr. Koeller ran the Financial Engineering Group, managing concentrated credit risk exposures extended to global debt financings which including consumer finance as well as governmental and project finance. Subsequent to his role in SSGM, Mr. Koeller was appointed to the Chairman's Strategy Development Office, managing State Street's Capital Management Initiative which included development of State Street's Global Treasury architecture; he also served as the Head of Treasury Risk Management, overseeing an $80 billion investment portfolio and serving on several global risk management committees, including the State Street’s Global Country and Counterparty Committee.

Mr. Koeller earned a Bachelor of Arts, Mathematics, from Assumption College, a Master of Science, Finance, from Bentley University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has also completed post-graduate work at Yale University's Executive Management Program and has been recognized leader in the Boston Security Analyst Society.
