Biography

Brit Ross Winthereik is Co-PI on STAY HOME. She is educated in anthropology and Science and Technology Studies and is professor and head of the Center for Digital Welfare at IT University. In her research, she is particularly interested in infrastructures and the role of technology in the meeting between social worlds. In relation to the STAY HOME project, Brit sees how the home during the corona crisis has become a hub in an infrastructure where technology helps to connect the home with the surrounding society in new ways.
