Bryan Travers is the owner operator of Quality Dynamics Limited, a consultancy practice specialising in Senior Executive Leadership Coaching and Strategy Formulation. He has 30 years of experience in Senior Executive roles in various businesses. He also has a 20 year heritage in Executive Education.

Bryan has worked in Executive Roles in Australia, USA and NZ. As a result of this experience he can coach executives based on a blend of hands on involvement and ownership in the corporate world, along with a balanced portfolio of academic knowledge based on practicality and realism. He brings a heritage of experience and current best practice to the strategic dimension of leadership. He currently works with more than 20 organisations formulating developing and implementing their strategic plans.

Bryan has a wealth of experience in implementing enterprise resource planning systems in a wide range of enterprises. He teaches, coaches and consults with these organisations as they progress with their implementation plans. Bryan has a 30 year heritage with the best practice Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence both as a practitioner and as a teacher. He brings a rare combination of practical knowledge and academic rigour which so many organisations desire.
