Biography

Caleb's research is broadly focused on the intersection between organization studies and ethics. His published research has focused primarily on virtue ethics, including applications of Alasdair MacIntyre's work in business ethics and political theory. Caleb is also interested in Catholic Social Teaching, and has written about the importance of Pope Francis's work for business ethics. His current research focuses on the ethical microfoundations of strategic management and the relevance of action theory for organization studies.

Caleb recently completed a PhD in business ethics at IESE Business School. In 2019, Caleb won the Society of Business Ethics Founders' Award.
