Nanyang Technological University Centre for Professional and Continuing Education
Dr Cao Yuanyuan is a Research Fellow from Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) and an affiliated researcher of the Ageing Research Institute for Society and Education (ARISE), Nanyang Technological University. With a PhD in Communication Studies, Media Law and Policy from WKWSCI, NTU, Dr Cao has successfully completed several innovative research projects on eldercare and health coaching. Having done research in health coaching for years, Dr Cao firmly believes that health coaching can bridge the gap between what people want to become and what they achieve through behaviour changes. She has been actively involved in designing and updating the health coaching curriculum, and coaches the "Exercise and Fitness" module in this program.
