Carlo De Pietro is Professor in the Department of Business Economics, Health and Social Care at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), where he is also affiliated with the Competence Center in Cooperation and Development.
His expertise are in the field of healthcare management, health professions regulation, health policy and comparative health systems.
He regularly teaches at MAS and CAS programs at Université de Lausanne (UNIL) and Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI). From 2000 to when he moved to Switzerland, he worked at Università Bocconi in Milan, as SDA professor and CERGAS researcher.
