    Carlos has a Bachelor of Science degree with a psychology major and a Master’s of Education degree from the University of Toronto with a focus on adult education and community development. In addition, Carlos is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) certified and has provided total quality methodology leadership as a Six Sigma practitioner and ISO Lead Auditor. In an extensive IT career, he has created and led national soft-skills training programs along with customer and employee focus group initiatives.
