Carole Viaene

Carole Viaene was born in Belgium, speaks 4 languages fluently (Dutch, French, English & Spanish) and currently lives in Barcelona.

She learned fast from +15 different jobs, volunteering, climbing the corporate (HR) ladder, and becoming an ICF-Certified PCC Coach. In 2018, she moved from Belgium to Spain to pursue her dream of living close to the Mediterranean Sea.

In Spain, she worked at IESE Business School & Esade Business School, where she collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, coached future leaders and published her first book about impact careers, a healthy, meaningful, regenerative workplace, and many tools to redesign your life.

In 2022, she also worked on a freelance project at the agile consulting firm ActioGlobal, collaborating on big corporate cultural transformations and agile operating systems with companies such as Pepsico, Unilever, Danone, etc.

Carole is now a speaker, guest lecturer at business schools and freelance executive/leadership/career coach for BlueSteps, Torch, Coachello, and Esade Business School.

In 2023, she also started a new challenge as a Senior Program Officer for the World Ocean Council, and Director of the SEAREG Foundation, fighting climate change and regenerating marine biodiversity at a large scale.
