Carolyn is a professional leadership coach, trainer and consultant with a special interest in working with individuals, teams and organizations in creating environments where people thrive and new results are achieved. She believes that in today’s environment, leaders not only have to be intellectually prepared and practically trained, but they also need to be personally equipped to create effective relationships for innovation and change.

In working with her clients, Carolyn leverages advanced coaching methodologies and tools, new leadership and performance theories and the science of Emotional Intelligence to support her clients in creating the results that they really want.

Carolyn brings over 20 years of business experience to her work today as a coach, trainer and consultant. She has held strategic business and executive leadership positions in diverse industries including: Rogers Wireless Communications, BBDO Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, Key Media (Now St. Joseph Communications), Eaton’s, TBWA Advertising and A.C. Nielsen Research. Her experience includes corporate and volunteer board appointments, speaking engagements and communication advisory roles.

Carolyn completed her coach training and certification with Adler International Learning/OISE, University of Toronto (ACPC) and is also fully certified with the International Federation of Coaching (ACC). Carolyn is trained with Six Seconds Consulting Group in California and is certified to provide statistically validated, leadership assessments and training in the field of Emotional Intelligence and Creating Positive Organizational Climates.
