Carrie is Co-Founder of Change-Gear Ltd, a business providing executive coaching, leadership development, employability skills as well as HR consultancy

Carrie has worked for some of the UK leading retailers such as Laura Ashley and Dixons Group where she held senior HR and Training roles in both the UK and Europe. In addition, she has worked for Ernst & Young and the NHS. She has been successfully consulting for 18 years now in both the public and private sector. Key clients include Debenhams, John Laing, YMCA, Epson, Kuoni, CIPD, IGD, Harrods, London Underground, Allianz Global, Cigna Group, NHS, Pay Check, Ignite Group, FMP Global, Opus2 International

She is a Fellow of the CIPD and is a tutor on their public programmes and in addition trained as an Executive Coach at Ashridge Business School.
