Biography

Mediation Practitioner, Australia and Internationally
Catherine has a legal background having practised commercial litigation in Sydney and London. Her commercial disputes span a breadth of industries from Industry, Corporate sector to small business, workers compensation and personal injury. Catherine lectures in Negotiation Skills in both the Advanced and Executive MBA programmes at the University of Technology Sydney.
Catherine is also a teaching faculty member with the Resolution Institute as well as the Australian Disputes Centre in the Asia Pacific. In addition, she teaches Negotiation and Conflict Management in both the public and private sectors in Australia, India, China and South-East Asia. She is visiting faculty for MNLU Mumbai India; and the University of Law and Political Science Shanghai China.
She is nationally accredited (NMAS), and certified by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). Catherine has mediated over nine hundred commercial and workplace disputes and is appointed to international and national panels.
Catherine also facilitates executive and senior leadership meetings and is engaged by her corporate clients as a Coach working with senior leaders.
