Chet Choon Woon

Chet Choon is the managing consultant for GroomTalent.com, and specializes in developing strategic leadership skills. His clients include DBS, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Murata, Nitto Denko, YKK, Daikin, Mitsui, Fujifilm, Petronas and Shell.

As a certified consultant in Exponential Organizations, Chet Choon helps clients develop exponential growth plans through the understanding and deployment of doubling technologies. He is an IBM-certified Design Thinking consultant and facilitates change through iterative customer consultation.

In the area of Innovation, Chet Choon was part of the winning Trimsound team in the Creative Industry Xchange (CIX) proof of concept competition launched by the National Library Board in 2009. Trimsound was presented in the inaugural World Innovation Summit in Barcelona 2009.

He is a Cambridge-certified Teacher-Trainer and Programme Leader for the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT) and a certified trainer for CIPD, the world's largest Chartered HR and development professional body.
