Biography

Dr. Choong-Koo Lee is an Associate Research Fellow of the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses and a Visiting Fellow of the National Defense University in Washington D.C. His research areas are North Korean nuclear policy, Sino-North Korea relations, and the U.S.-China strategic competition around the Korean Peninsula. Dr. Lee was also a Visiting Scholar at the Renmin University of China (2013) and Chief of Staff in the ROK National Assembly (2009-2012).
