Bio
Chris has over 18 years experience in leadership development, group facilitation, teaching and executive coaching. For the past eleven years she has worked within Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Her experience includes:

In addition to working at Stanford University, Chris has an executive coaching practice. Her clients are senior manager level and above, and they work across several industries. Through 1:1 coaching, Chris’s clients achieve breakthroughs in self-awareness and interpersonal influence, as well as compelling communication and personal presence.
Chris also facilitates women leadership groups. The groups are comprised of Bay Area professional women who are exploring leadership both in their personal and professional lives. They are diverse groups with women of different ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, and stages of their personal and professional lives. The women are committed to enhancing their own growth, and to supporting one another.
Prior to working at Stanford University, Chris enjoyed a 12-year career at Franklin Templeton Investments. As Director of Global Marketing Support, she was responsible for executive business planning, leadership development, and launching and managing reorganizations. During her tenure, she coached executives and high potential leaders, managed national sales and training teams, developed and facilitated customized training workshops and leadership development programs for internal client groups.
Chris has a Master of Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She graduated Cum Laude from Santa Clara University. Chris lives with her husband and two sons in San Carlos, California.
