Stockholm School of Economics
Christoph Schneider is a PhD candidate and teacher at the Department of Accounting. In his research, he combines his interests for management accounting, supply chain management and ERP systems. His PhD thesis is a qualitative case study on the design and use of Open Book Accounting in capital equipment sales.
As part of his PhD education, Christoph Schneider attended PhD courses at the Stockholm School of Economics, Uppsala University, Lund University, the University of St. Gallen and the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management. He also spent a semester abroad at the School of Accounting, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
Christoph Schneider holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics with specialisation in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management. Before his studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, Germany. Exchange semesters have led him to the University of Bath, United Kingdom, and the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
In 2017, Christoph Schneider''s research is financed by the Torsten Söderbergs Stifelse, a renowned Swedish research foundation.
