Biography
Christophe Haon holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Grenoble. After 8 years at the Institute of Political Studies in Grenoble, where he managed the Economics and Finance track, he joined GEM''s Marketing department in 2008. Since 2012, he is the Scientific Advisor of this department. His research deals mainly with product innovation, but also with market orientation and customer satisfaction. He co-authored several articles published in academic journals: Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management,Marketing Letters, European Management Review,Recherche et Applications en Marketing, M@n@gement, Décisions Marketing, Finance Contrôle Stratégie, Systèmes d''Information et Management, and Journal of Economic and Social Policy. He also co-authored several books : Making Innovation Last, Développer un nouveau produit : Méthodes et Outils, L''innovation : de l''idée au lancement, and Méthodologie de la recherche en sciences de gestion. Finally, he has been consulting for firms in the domains of product innovation on the one hand, and customer satisfaction on the other hand, within the context of GEM''s Customer Equity Institute.
