Biography
Center for Creative Leadership
Prior to joining CCL®, Cindy spent 15 years in the aerospace industry in engineering and operations management for Lockheed Martin Corp, working with a broad base of corporate, military and government leaders worldwide. She spent 10 years living abroad in England and Germany where she was the operations director for a National Security Agency satellite intelligence network during Desert Storm, earning a special U.S. Presidential recognition for her services. Cindy was also an inaugural member of NASA’s U.S. Space Shuttle launch team in Cape Canaveral, FL acting in the capacity of a systems engineer. She has also worked with Naval Trident Submarine Missiles and NATO Communication Operations. She tapped into her own extensive leadership experience to transition to the work of team and organizational development while operating her own consulting firm.
Cindy is a senior design and delivery faculty member. She facilitates a variety of executive leadership programs, including the Developing Strategic Leadership Program (DSL®), Leadership Development Program (LDP®), Leading for Organizational Impact: LGE and Coaching for Excellence. In addition, she designs and delivers custom programs specifically for the needs of the Center’s diverse client base. Her client list represents a variety of industries including NASA, Department of Defense, financials, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. As a certified coach, Cindy utilizes her business knowledge and leadership to provide an outstanding experience for her clients. She is also a keynote speaker on the topic of the importance of authentic self-promotion.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Florida Tech and a Master of Science Degree from Boston University. She did the majority of her graduate work in London, England with an emphasis on international business.
