MBA Student Program Manager
- Serve as main contact for all One-year, International, and JD MBA students at DMSB
- Maintain all student records and serve as their main point of contact from orientation through graduation and after
- Create and maintain FT-MBA Program Procedures
- Plan and execute all onboarding procedures including the annual weeklong orientation
- Plan and execute program events including graduation soiree, hooding, all student meetings, etc.
- Serve as liaison in between program, faculty, and students
- Plan and create course schedule for all MBA students
- Serve as academic advisor to all MBA students to include class schedule planning and academic progression up through graduation involving all MBA students
- Maintain and update materials and resources for the program and all students
- Maintain constant communication will all students and program faculty including weekly newsletter and constant communication via Teams, email, phone, and in-person
- Serve as liaison in between International Student Services and any International students in the programs, student veterans and Veteran Services, and dual enrollment students and the Law School, student athletes and Athletics’ Academic Advisors
- Maintain constant communication with the Financial Aid Office, Registrar's Office, and the Bursar's Office
- Work closely with the Graduate School with all academic matters up until graduation as far as the processing of paperwork, maintain Graduate School policies and regulations
- Work closely with DMSB Human Resources to hire language faculty prior to each spring semester and schedule all language courses
- Serve as point of contact for institutions abroad throughout the year to plan and execute our annual 8-week immersion for all International Students
- Work closely with the Study Abroad Office to make sure all students have completed the appropriate paperwork to travel
- Serve as student point of contact while they are studying abroad for 2 months
University of South Carolina
Loan Coordinator- Financial Aid
- Serve as PLUS Loan Coordinator, determine borrower eligibility, and certify loan applications
- Annually update Policies and Procedures as well as forms for PLUS
- Serve as main point of contact to Loan Program Assistant and staff for PLUS program
- Provide guidance to staff in relation to all loan programs
- Daily review and processing of reports on Datawarehouse and ePrint pertaining to all loan programs
- Processing aid for the London Law Maymester Program
- Assist Private Loan Coordinator with review and processing of Private Loans

- Review NSLDS for student population to determine aid eligibility and maintain compliance with direct loan limits

- Provide in-depth financial aid counseling and advisement for students and parents regarding the entire financial aid process
- Process financial aid according to state and federal regulations
- Participate in office outreach activities such as Admitted Student Day, Resource Fair, Open House, etc.
- Provide presentations to incoming students and parents in regards to the financial aid application process
- Participate and contribute to the administration of special circumstances/professional judgements in regards to student financial aid eligibility
Financial Aid Counselor
- Provide in-depth financial aid counseling and advisement for students and parents regarding the entire financial aid process
- Constantly maintain current working knowledge of federal, state and other policies and resources
- Review student files for accuracy and eligibility and advise students regarding Student Academic Progress and the Verification process
- Process financial aid according to state and federal regulation
