Biography
USC Marshall School of Business
Colin is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles Sharp office. Before joining Sharp, Colin worked at Sharp affiliate, Livingstone Partners, for four years, demonstrating remarkable commitment to clients on M&A, debt advisory, and special situations transactions.
Throughout his career, Colin has advised owners on multiple transactions, including the sale of cybersecurity leader Silent Break Security to NETSPI and the PubRec/People Connect merger. A serial entrepreneur, Colin has founded companies in the private security industry and luxury leisure spaces. These experiences inform his M&A work, providing a thorough understanding of both sides of the aisle, making him a client advocate first and banker second.
In his spare time, Colin serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, teaching "Fundamentals of Investment Banking” to graduate students at the Marshall School of Business.
