Colin Sander has worked with organisations and their people to lead and support higher levels of performance, since 1994.
Colin’s background in school education in Australia and the United States, and his various management and consulting roles, has given Colin a strong sense of the practicalities of supporting effective learning. This background, combined with a decade of commercial experience as a salesperson, senior sales manager for a global company in Australia and New Zealand, and general management roles, enables Colin to be highly effective in leading processes of learning and development.
Colin strongly believes that creating a learning environment which is couched in reality, and challenging and supporting people to grow, creates the most productive impact.
Amongst Colin’s clients are both corporate and small to medium businesses, in industries such as telecommunications, infrastructure and construction, transport, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and agri-business. Clients include: Vodafone NZ, Shell NZ/Aus, McConnell Dowell Constructors, DaVinci Systems (USA - now BlackMagic Design), Ballance Agri-nutrients, Fletcher Window and Door Systems, PUMA Energy (Papua New Guinea), Oil Intel, Taranaki Veterinary Centre, ANZCO Foods.
