Biography

Hult Ashridge Executive Education

Colin Williams is an independent management educator, writer and facilitator. Adjunct Professor of Practice at Hult Ashridge Executive Education he focuses on leadership development, organizational change and multi-cultural working. He believes that individual development is most productive when it is directly linked to the business and organisational challenges with which an individual is working. He has been involved in a number of major research projects. His most recent publications explore the development of leadership and organizational agility through the integration of ego, eco and intuitive leadership intelligence.

Having studied hotel management Colin had a first career as a chef with spells in Germany and Iran before spending eight years in France in a number of leading hotels. With over ten years international experience he completed an MBA at Cass Business School in London. He was then a consultant in organizational change for nine years before joining the faculty at Ashridge Business School.

A fluent English and French speaker, with British and French nationality, he works across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America with multi-national companies and public sector organizations.

Current and recent clients include, Securitas, Sparebanken Vest, Volkswagen, BP, Milaha, Qatar Post, BankDhofar, Dubai Tourism, BBK, Amplifon, MunichRe, Hyperion, Saudi Arabian Airways, Pearson Publishing and SSE. He contributes to programmes run by Stockholm School of Economics and Vlerick Business School as well Hult International Business School.
