With her amazing team of four employees and two external consultants, she documented those responsibilities in position descriptions and designed and delivered executive-level training, while she was pregnant with twins.
Education Connie's educational experiences support her teaching, coaching, and consulting work. She holds a doctorate in human and organizational learning from George Washington University, where she was awarded the Founders’ Research Fellowship for her dissertation titled Degrees of relevance. A basic qualitative study of how MBA students make their education relevant as they cross boundaries between school and work. She earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a BSBA from the University of Richmond. She also earned a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certificate from George Mason University.
