Cristina Madeira

With 18 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, I have worked in various different management areas, such as accommodation, events, sales and marketing and training.

With extensive experience of training in some US cities, for several years I was head of training for one of the largest international Luxury Hospitality groups (The Ritz Carlon Hotel company).

In performing such roles, I have had the opportunity to experience first-hand, other cultures, in cities like Dusseldorf, London, Toronto, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, amongst others.

I also devoted time in helping people and their well-being, in the health care industry, where I was Director of Sales and Marketing of an Iberian Health Tourism operator.

Certified Executive and Team Coach since 2009.

Member of the ICF. ICF PCC Credential.

Past Vice President in the ICF Portugal Chapter. ICF is the largest Federation of Professional Coaches in the world.

Currently developing projects as a Senior Training Faculty & Consultant, as an Executive Coach and Team coach in national and international companies within different sectors of activity: pharmaceuticals, banking, retail, cosmetics, health, transport, insurance, food distribution, tourism and hospitality.

Holds certifications in : CCL 360 Assessment, ISPI, TEique, ISI, WPB5, Hypnotherapy, Systemic Coaching, NLP Practicioner.

Member of the ICF Global anf Founder of the EMCC Portugal.

At the moment I am leading a group of ICF 20 coaches on a volunteer projet. In conjunction with a charitable association 20 families receive pro bono coaching integrated into a qualified program. Co-authored a pioneer book on Group Coaching and Team as an experiental praxis.
