Dana is a leadership and executive coach delivering transformational coaching to C-suite and other senior-level leaders. American and French, Dana is bilingual and has lived and worked in 6 countries including the U.S., France, Angola, Indonesia, Brunei and Malaysia.

She focuses her services on coaching and training executives in transition. Whether they are moving up the career ladder and managing a new set of responsibilities or navigating change and diversity in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments, coach and coachee partner to co-create relevant development goals and efficient plans to achieving them. Her areas of expertise as a coach and facilitator are : Change Management, Time Management, Self Mastery, Relationship & Culture Mastery, Communications, and Coaching Skills for Leaders.
Dana has coached leaders in various sectors including VP’s and Directors of global financial and insurance institutions, Managing Directors of advertising firms and energy companies to CEO’s and GM’s in MNC’s in the ICT and medical fields, and Heads of Missions / GLC’s around the world.

Dana began her international business career working from the U.S. and Europe in 1988. Throughout the journey from Marketing Executive to Strategic Development Consultant to Leadership Coach, she has had the opportunity to evolve through professions such as Marketing Manager for Star International Corp., an export company to Latin America and Southeast Asia; Swaps Trader for Tullets of Tokyo Liberty France; Community Liaison Officer for the State Department in Angola; and Economic Expert with AETS, a Management Consultancy in France.
