Biography

Daniel Ciapponi is an operations executive with over 30 years of experience in different hospitality companies (over 17 years as entrepreneur).

His extensive knowledge of F&B operations allows him to coach both companies and teams (students and employees). In the last years he specialized also in communication, leadership, service excellence and affective hospitality – all subjects that he teaches also at EHL Campus Passugg. He’s your partner if you need creative and innovative ideas which are people-focused.
