Daniel Grunberg is a Professor at Fordham’s Law School, where he teaches International Business Transactions. Mr. Grunberg is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TC Latin America Partners (“TC Latam”), an asset manager with presence in the U.S. and Latin America that manages US$500+ million. Mr. Grunberg has more than 25 years of experience negotiating and implementing legal and financial structures in emerging markets.

Prior to forming TC Latam, Mr. Grunberg worked at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group and The Rohatyn Group, two large global multistrategy hedge funds, where he structured, executed and managed transactions in Europe and Latin America. Mr. Grunberg also worked as General Counsel of Sojitz Corporation of America, a Japanese trading firm headquartered in New York.

Mr. Grunberg holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, a Master in Law from Fordham University and a Master of Philosophy from New York University. Daniel holds a Law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela and a bachelor’s degree in Literature from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
