Bio
Daniel Ondrack is a retired Professor Emeritus of Organizational Behaviour at Rotman and former Academic Director of Executive Programs. His teaching interests lie in international business and human resource management. Daniel’s research focuses on international human resource management, cross-cultural behaviour and strategic human resource management.
