Daniel Pascual

Born in Barcelona I have spent most of my life around the world. My international career started 20 years ago, working for over 10 years in Marketing and Sales at BASF, the leading chemical company. Responsible for different units I developed massively business all around the globe in countries like Egypt, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, China, USA, ...

In 2007 I decided to move to Altair, a top business consulting firm where I worked globally 8 years as business development manager in different offices. In such an international high demanding performance culture I was profoundly shaped by an elite business environment.

During all those years I progressively developed a solid and long track as executive coach. I am proud to have the opportunity to coach and serve hundreds of top professionals and firms. I have been working in business and executive coaching processes for companies of the IBEX 35 in Spain, UK, US and different countries in South America.

Ever since I dedicated myself to learn from the best, enrolling in the top training programs and being mentored by exceptional experts to be able to enter into the elite of executive and business coaching. My strive to differentiate my services makes me develop my own processes incorporating what really works from areas like Physiology, Psychology, Neuroscience, Management, etc. This is why I developed many years ago the CEO Mindset, an entire system of coaching and training oriented to boost executives potential in their life and business.

In 2012 I became certified coach by ICF and later an Executive Coach by Marshall Goldsmith. I am also a certified executive trainer by Dale Carnegie.

Together with Marta Williams and Gustavo Piera, two real master coaches but also my mentors, we founded in 2015 Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in Spain.

​Since 2017 I am a Chair at Vistage Spain the world´s leading CEOs, business owners and executive organisation with over 22,000 members around the world. As a Group Chairman I lead the most exclusive peer advisory groups in Barcelona city with selected top MDs, CEOs and business owners, who want to make better decisions, take impactful action and bring their business and life to the next level of excellence.

In 2021 I had the great honor to become an official member of Forbes Coaches Council. I contribute to Forbes with publications specialized on topics like effective CEO agendas for uncertain times, high performing team development in the new hybrid work environment, successful cultural and strategy change for a post-Covid-19 recovery, resolve digital transformation challenges, etc.

Today, besides working as a coach and business mentor of the IESE Business School executive coaching team, professor of Marketing, Strategy and Operations at the University of Barcelona and other business schools, and Keynote Speaker, I offer my coaching and training services in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese mainly to international companies and high potential individuals.
