Strategist, impact innovator, speaker, enabler and business schools professor. More than 20 years leading global and local organizations to implement impact innovation. Director General of the ebbf, co-founder Impact Hub, Madrid. B Corp Ambassador. Daniel brings useful innovation to organizations wanting to develop meaningful success and ethical purpose in this evolving world. With a combination of values-based leadership, business expertise and deep human understanding, he identifies the needs of organizations, creates clear, strategic plans out of complex situations and designs and manages adaptive teams through enabling trust-based environments. Daniel is skilled at connecting individuals and organizations to their core values, creativity and ethics and linking them with global networks of other like-minded individuals and groups.

For almost 3 decades Daniel has been accompanying companies and organizations in implementing impact innovation. He worked on ethical values development at Lush (Europe) and as part of the NESI Forum – New Economy and Social Innovation co-creation team. Daniel is the co-founder of Impact Hub Madrid (since 2007) – creative and innovative office and event space dedicated to supporting social entrepreneurs.

He is the Director General of ebbf – ethical business building the future. A network present in 60 nations with over 400 leaders in business working to inspired successful and responsible business. Daniel also currently serves as a B Corp Ambassador at B Lab Europe.

Daniel is a professor on Social Innovation at the EOI Business School, a visiting professor and tutor on Impact Innovation at ESADE and Instituto Empresa and served as a Social Innovation Judge at Stanford University.

Daniel is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations towards powerful, mindful, ethical actions. He is focused on co-creating a world where the creativity of its diverse citizens will enhance the well-being and prosperity of humankind and the planet.

Daniel has a BA Hons in Management Science from the University of Kent. He speaks three languages and lives in Madrid with his family.
