Since 2007, I am advising executives on how to successfully execute Digital Transformation, improve Governance to deliver business outcomes. I build a solid knowledge in processes as well as a real experience of leveraging international frameworks like CobIT, ValIT, eSCM and others. As academic topic leader in charge of the "CIO foundation" module at Solvay Brussels School, I lecture on various subjects like Digital Transformation, strategy of IS, role of the CIO, business/IT blurring, governance, sourcing.
Prior to that, I held, for 25 years, several global senior executive positions in supply chain, product development, information services, customer management and consulting domains for worldwide corporation’s leader in their respective industry. I managed complex projects like IT division transformation; supply chain restructuring; strategic acquisitions/ alliances and merger in IT and SCM.
