Rutgers Business School
Professor Wang is an assistant professor of management and global business. Her work has appeared in leading management journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Research Method. She teaches classes in Management Skills and Executive Leadership. Her current research interests include leadership, ethics, change and turnover.
