Darren Thayre

Darren is the Head of Innovation at Google for a team that focuses on Global Strategic Initiatives (GSI). The GSI team works with the world's largest companies on bringing the best of the Alphabet Group capabilities to them in one delivery model, to help customers with their digital transformation journey.

Darren spends a lot of his time advising CEO's and board members on transformational topics such as digital business models for growth, culture transformation and new ways of working.

Outside of Google, Darren works with a number of think tanks which advise governments. He recently co-authored a paper for the G20 on accelerating digitisation in emerging markets.
