David Augustine

Senior Director, Customer Service Operations Mondelez International

Dave Augustine is currently the Senior Director, Customer Service Operations for Mondelēz International. Prior to this role, Dave led Customer Service and Logistics for the Kraft Foods’ Snacks and Confections Business Unit. He also was instrumental in the design of Kraft Foods NA Logistics Network as Senior Director of NA Logistics.

Dave’s career started with Nabisco Brands, Inc. in the mail room of the Wilkes Barre, PA office as a billing analyst and has spanned Nabisco, Kraft and now Mondelēz International for the past 27 years. Throughout his career he has held a variety of cross functional assignments in both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse Delivery (WHD) Supply Chains supporting the Customer. Dave’s career journey has provided him the opportunity to gain experiences in Finance, Manufacturing and Distribution, DSD Branch Operations, Sales, Supply Chain Strategy, Product Supply Planning, and Customer Service and Logistics.

Dave has had leadership assignments in both HQ’s and Field locations, supporting multiple Business Units providing the cross functional experience to lead large scale Supply Chain initiatives. He was instrumental in the acquisition and divestures of Stella Dora, Post Cereal, Planters, Back to Nature, Balance Bar and Cadbury. Dave supported the implementation of both DSD and WHD SAP integrations; he led the design of multiple dry and refrigerated Supply Chain Networks and most recently supporting the organizational design and separation of Kraft Foods and Mondelēz International Supply Chains.

Dave is a 1987 graduate of Kings College with multiple degrees in Accounting and Economics; as well as, a member of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Customer Service Share Group (CMS). He lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with his wife, Bridgette and sons, Dylan and Carson.
