David Beard

David is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 40 years of experience helping people to improve their health and well being.

He specialises in metabolic health using technology developed in WA to assess and monitor each client’s metabolic response to changes in diet, exercise, sleep and stress.

Using this information, he helps clients find the most appropriate way of eating and exercising for optimal metabolic health.
