David M. Brock is a Professor at the Guilford Glazer Faculty of Business and Management, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He is a graduate of the University of South Africa, the University of Cape Town, and North Carolina State University. Prior to moving to Israel in 2002, David lived in Auckland, New Zealand, working at the University of Auckland Business School; and before that he studied and taught at North Carolina State University.

He is founding Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Professions and Organization (Oxford University Press) and currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of International Management, and the Journal of Management Studies. His work has been published in many top journals in the management field, including Academy of Management Review, International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Studies and Management International Review.
