Zicklin School of Business

David Cenedella is a full-time lecturer in the Zicklin School of Business/ Baruch College’s Stan Ross Department of Accountancy. He teaches tax classes at the undergraduate level and for the MS Accounting and MS Taxation programs at the graduate level, including Estate and Gift Tax, Business Entities, Federal Income Tax and Financial Planning. He also serves as faculty advisor to the Tax Society.

Before jointing Zicklin in 2006, Cenedella worked as a tax consultant for Deloitte Tax where he focused on Estate and Gift tax and financial planning issues.

Cenedella holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University Law School, a JD from Cardozo Law School, and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
