Biography

Dave Franckowiak is a senior financial executive with a successful track record of leading accounting and finance teams in publicly traded, private equity ow​ned and privately held organizations. He has deep experience taking corporate finance functions to a higher level, including financial reporting, GAAP audit and tax financial planning & analysis (FP&A), working capital optimization, cash management and treasury. His industry background includes manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, building products, professional services, telecommunications and biotechnology.

Franckowiak started his career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then held senior financial executive roles in public and private middle market companies. In 2007, he was hired as chief financial officer of Closet Works, the Custom Closet leader in Chicagoland, when they were acquired by Pfingsten Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm. Franckowiak was vice president of finance & corporate controller for MW Industries, a premier manufacturer of industrial springs, fasteners, machined parts and flat-stamped spring-related products. Currently, Franckowiak is chief financial officer of B-O-F Corporation, a privately held manufacturer of gravity flow shelving products for grocery, convenience and liquor stores​.
