Biography
Executive School of Management, Technology and Law
David P. Frick is a Member of the Executive Board of Nestlé S.A. where he is responsible for Corporate Governance, Compliance and Corporate Services. He also acts as the Secretary of the Board of Directors. Over the past few years he helped Nestlé develop into a leader in Corporate Governance in its home market and beyond and runs the Company’s corporate compliance program.
Prior to joining Nestlé, Mr. Frick was a Member of the Executive Board and Group General Counsel of Credit Suisse Group, and an attorney-at-law with Cravath, Swaine & Moore, the New York law firm.
Mr. Frick received a JD degree from Zurich University and a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard Law School. He is a member of the Zurich and the New York bar.
Mr. Frick is a member of the Boards of economiesuisse, ICC Switzerland and Allianz Suisse.
