King’s Business School
Professor David E Guest joined King’s College London in 2000 and has since had a spell as Head of Department and Deputy Head of the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy. David has written and researched extensively in the areas of human resource management, employment relations and the psychological contract, motivation and commitment, and careers.
