David Keane

Dr David Keane is an international speaker, author, and coach who is an expert on enabling organisations achieve superior performance by providing their teams with the skills and behaviours of high-performing people. He is passionate about getting strong alignment between organisational objectives and individual goals and aspirations. His best-selling business book, The Art of Deliberate Success: The 10 Behaviours of Successful People, is published worldwide by Wiley.

Dr Keane started his career as a Management Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before accepting a lecturing position at Victoria University of Wellington where he served for 12 years. In that time, he completed his PhD in management, taught extensively on the Victoria MBA programme, and was a visiting professor at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Other roles include Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, the Director of an international educational software company, and Dean of a Business School in Europe.

These days, Dr Keane runs his own training and education company specialising in helping people and their organisations achieve greater success, delivering Art of Deliberate Success workshops, seminars and coaching programmes to organisations and individuals. Clients include, Deloitte worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Auckland Airport, Accor Hotels, Downer Construction, Asteron, Kiwibank, The Red Cross and many government departments.
