Phd. University of Houston Dr. David Montesinos is a full Professor of the Master Programs at INCAE. He received his Ph. D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems at the Business School of the University of Houston, Texas. His research and doctoral thesis was focused towards understanding and defining the organizational and technological factors interacting within computing environments for end users in developing countries. Currently, Montesinos is a member of the faculty of INCAE
