David Winterford

Dr. Winterford was Professor of National Security and Defense Planning at the National Defense University’s Joint Forces Staff College where he taught graduate-level courses in strategy, regional security, and joint/coalition operational planning to select mid-career and senior level American and International military officers as well as inter-agency civilians.
