Davide Achille

Davide Achille is a Fellow of Business Law at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

He is a Researcher in Private Law (RTDb) at the University of Piemonte Orientale, where he teaches Private Law, Civil Law and Advanced Civil Law. Since 2017 he has been a professor of Civil Law - European Contract Law at Bocconi University.

His scientific interest concerns the law of contracts and credit guarantees, with particular reference to business relationships. He is the author of numerous publications on the various fields of private law and civil law. He has published two monographs: Il divieto dei patti successori. Contributo allo studio dell’autonomia privata nella successione futura, Napoli, 2012; La risoluzione per mutuo dissenso, Napoli, 2013.

After graduating with honors from the "Sapienza" University of Rome in 2007, he obtained a research doctorate in European law on a historical-comparative basis at the University Tre of Roma in 2012. He was a research fellow at the Commercial University L Bocconi (2017-2020).
