Dean Van Leeuwen is a successful entrepreneur and leadership and strategy consultant. He founded TomorrowToday UK and is co-founder of TomorrowToday Global, a futurist and leadership development consultancy that has delivered strategic leadership insights in over 50 countries for the past 15 years.

He has over 20 years of professional experience working at leading financial service companies as well as at McKinsey, a global management consultancy.

Each year Dean speaks and works with thousands of business leaders around the world. He regularly lecturers in executive leadership programmes on the subjects of leadership, future trends and strategy.

Dean is the author of Quest: Competitive Advantage and the Art of Leadership in the 21st Century, and is an international keynote and TEDx speaker.

He majored in economics and law and holds a master’s degree in business strategy from Henley Management College in the U.K.
