Deborah Glynn is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Lieberman Research Worldwide, a globally recognized market research firm. She has over 20 years of proven success across the advertising, big data, and technology industries at companies ranging from Vail Resorts to Oracle. Leveraging experience in operational leadership for large-scale organizations, she has consulted with start-up to established mid-size companies in developing growth, talent acquisition, executive leadership, executive search, and executive coaching strategies. Her broad areas of expertise include diversity and inclusion, human resources, talent acquisition, organizational change, team leadership, infrastructure development, and best practice implementation. Deborah earned a BA from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University. She recently completed her EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education.
