Dr. Deepthi Mary Dilip is currently working as Assistant Professor, Civil Engineering Department at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus. Prior to joining BPDC in February 2018, she was completed two years as a Post-Doctoral Associate in New York University, Abu Dhabi. She received her PhD in Civil Engineering from IISc, Bangalore and her Masters in Traffic and Transportation Engineering from NIT, Calicut.

Her doctoral thesis is in the field of infrastructure design and analysis, focusing on the development of computationally efficient techniques for the stochastic modeling of flexible pavements. Her work is focused on the probabilistic modeling of transportation systems, and her research interests include uncertainty quantification, reliability analysis and optimization techniques.
