Rutgers Business School
Dr. Denis Hamilton is Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the Department of Management and Global Business. He also serves as Director of Management Education - New Brunswick. In addition to his academic training which focused on business strategy and international business he has over 30 years of international corporate executive level experience, including positions of Senior Vice President at American International Group headquarters in Manhattan, and Vice President at Johnson and Johnson Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey. His research focuses on business strategy, technology strategies, international business, the medical device industry, and business development and growth. In addition to direct line management experience in nearly all functional areas he has worked extensively with business leaders in over 20 countries in a variety of industries on various strategy, organizational, and business improvement initiatives.
