Dennis Logue is Professor Emeritus at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ledyard National Bank. From 2001 to September 2005, he served as the Dean and Fred E. Brown Chair of the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. Prior to 2001 he was the Steven Roth Professor of Management at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, serving on the faculty there since 1974. Dr. Logue has taught numerous courses at the graduate level, including Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Valuation, Financial Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions.

He is a Fellow and former President of the Financial Management Association, and a member of the Financial Economists Roundtable. Dr. Logue has written or edited 11 books and numerous articles on topics ranging from pension plans and initial public offerings to market micro-structure. His current research focuses on corporate governance and corporate valuation.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Logue has extensive business and consulting experience. From September 1986 through 1999, he was a member of the ARCO Pension Advisory Board. He was a founding director of Ledyard National Bank and a former director of Sallie Mae (GSE). Dr. Logue is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Abraxas Petroleum, Duckwall-ALCO Stores, and Hypertherm, Inc. He has been engaged as an expert witness and offered testimony on a variety of topics, including financial principles, valuation, business administration, credit analysis, pensions, and corporate governance.

Dr. Logue’s clients have included the law firms Munger, Tolles & Olson and Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, as well the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), AT&T, the Paris Bourse, and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
